Fun OC Fair Engagement Shoot - Costa Mesa, CA - Lillia + Brian

Having different fun activities to do during an engagement shoot can take a lot of the pressure off, and really let you be yourselves! A fair or amusement park can be a great solution. Lillia + Brian wanted an engagement shoot that was a little more casual, and since they loving playing boardgames and videogames together, the OC Fair in Costa Mesa was perfect! Engagement photos at the fair definitely felt fun and whimsical, and really Lillia + Brian be themselves. I loved getting photos of the two of them playing games, eating cotton candy, taking playful photos in the picture booth, and kissing in front of the spinning carousel. The rides and attractions make for a really untraditional, low-key environment to get great candids of you and your partner!

The OC Fair is a 23-day festival founded in 1890, that blends community, agriculture, and history. The Fair, which was once just a five-day experience, regularly sees over a million visitors each year (since 2007). It's an event that brings together people from all around Orange County as well as far beyond it! Every summer people flock from all over Southern California to the fairgrounds in Costa Mesa to take part. Local artisans, breweries, performers, and restaurants are celebrated alongside county fair classics like Fried Oreos + corndogs.
